Testing & Evaluation Options

Additional Tests Make a Difference

We offer a full range of testing and services if you want to get more information about the property you are buying. Some of these are done by contractors who are specialized, others we send to labs for analysis.

These are all add on items because they are not needed for all homes. A home that’s all electric will not require a gas check, a city house will not require a well test but may want a water sample if the piping is suspect. Its your choice. Click on the photos for more information.

WDI (Termite)
