Depending on the property you are buying or concerns about specific areas of the property you you want us to inspect, we can focus on those areas and customize the inspection and the report to meet your requirements. At the end of the inspection the inspector will generally prepare report on site.

Problem areas and issues that were observed are clearly noted and described, the location in the building documented, and photos included where necessary. The inspection report you receive is not just a “fill in the blanks” report. It will be a detailed, customized analysis of the property you are interested in.
The report is computer generated and laid out in an easy to read format, giving you a description of the components and their condition. The interior and exterior areas, attic, basement and parking areas, along with plant and equipment are all reported separately.
The Inspector will explain the findings in the report to you before he leaves the property. Inspected items that are in working order are checked “performing intended function” and those items that need immediate attention are reported as “immediate repair or replace“. Less serious problems are reported separately and checked as “repair or replace“.
The report has summary pages at the end that will give you a list of all the items needing repair and those needing immediate repair.
These summaries can be used as a check list for repairs.
