The Inspectors

Ryan White, AIS, ACI

Ryan brings years of construction experience to your inspection having studied architecture and construction techniques at Sinclair College while operating a successful construction and remodeling company in Dayton. He is a qualified building specialist with a broad knowledge of all the components of a building and a deep understanding of new construction. Ryan is a Ohio licensed home inspector, member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI), and certified by The American Inspectors Society (AIS).

Erick Gohlke, CPI

Erick has an extensive background in residential construction. His specialty is concrete and framing, which became secondary to his “home inspecting” career.
With a wide array of experience he understands the “knock on” effect of problems in a home, how one failing component affects another and what needs to happen to rectify the situation. Erick is a Ohio licensed home inspector, a member of InterNACHI and has been a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) since 2016.

David Roche, AIS, ACI, CRI, CPI

The founding inspector has a background that includes construction and remodeling. He started Buyer’s Inspection Service in 1999 and has performed over 17,500 Inspections since. He’s a firm believer in doing the job properly and in the value of continuing education in the building industry to stay abreast of the latest trends and discoveries. David is an Ohio licensed home inspector, a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI), a NAHI Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI), and is a Commercial Property Inspector (CPI).

Our inspection co-ordinator, Evelina, is local and ready to help you setting up your inspection. She knows the “ins and outs” of real estate, can answer your questions and will make it all “so easy for you”. From handling all of the logistics involved with scheduling, along with any related or additional services or inspections, Evelina has you covered.
She relieves you of all the back and forth phone calls between buyers and sellers, sellers agents, the showing services, termite inspectors etc.

When it comes to wood destroying insect (WDI) inspections, often referred to as termite inspections, EcoPro Termite & Pest is our go to partner. They offer residential and commercial services, VA, FHA and Conventional Certifications using electronic NPMA-33 reporting forms that are accepted by all lenders.

The business started in 1989 and has grown since its inception. Offering a broad range of pest related services ranging from termite treatments & warranties, to wildlife control, and general pest control.

Our Radon Specialist

Justin Kreitzer
Justin Kreitzer

Our expert licensed in radon testing and the interpretation of the results is Justin Kreitzer, an AARST certified radon tester. Justin trained as a radon expert in Columbus and is licensed by the State of Ohio. (License RT1114) He is qualified to work with you to assess your risk for radon. In 2016 he started Dayton Radon – a fast-growing testing only firm giving you unbiased results.
