Pricing For Consultations
…is based on what you want or need. If it’s just a quick look at a roof or a damp area on a ceiling we would generally address this in 45 minutes.
If you have an issue that’s a little more involved or have a series of items you would like information about, add some more time we can spend as long as you need.
Your consultation inspection fee is based on time, not square footage.
Consulting
- 45 minutes (A quick look at a couple of issues)
- 1 hour (A few concerns that you need clarification or guidance)
- 1.5 hours (Serious problems that need an in-depth assessment)
- 2 hours (Ideal for a whole house maintenance check up)
- If you need more time, that’s not a problem.
Price ranges between $175 and $300 most of the time
You can have as much time as you want if you need it for a larger project. Just give us a call for a quote.
