Our standard maintenance Inspection is a 2 Hour visit to your home.
For these we strongly recommend you follow the Inspector as he goes around the house.
The Report: Most common is where you take notes allowing the Inspector more time to keep Inspecting, this saves the Inspector time and your money. If you want the Inspector can take notes, usually a written report and give it to you at the end.
These are approximately two hour Inspections @ $275
If you need something with less time, we can do a consultation for an hour or hour and a half. If you need a more in-depth or have a very large home we can customize the time to your needs.
