Company Information

Buyer’s Inspection Service is not a franchise or multi office inspection company. The owner is one of the inspectors. The first day of May 1999 was an exciting day for us as we started our new business. It expanded quickly and in no time at all we were at full capacity. For roughly five years we also had a crew rehabbing houses, which Ryan ran until the inspections became too abundant for one inspector. Our team has been working together for a long time. We know each other well and enjoy doing business together, and we also enjoy what we do, which (we think!) makes us a great team. We have great social media reviews and a perfect Better Business Bureau rating.

We’re proud to be a fully incorporated, registered inspection company in Dayton, Ohio has counted on for reliable, consistent service since day one.

During the Inspection we encourage you to ask questions. We want you to understand everything there is to know about your new home. Don’t be shy! There are no bad questions. It is your Inspection, ask away… it is our job to help you.

If you ever have any questions or concerns about the property after the inspection, we are available by phone as often as you want, any time you need us. If your mortgage or insurance companies have any questions, give them our phone number. We are here to help you as much as possible.

…that you will be impressed with the quality and detail of the inspection that we perform. We are so confident of this that we offer a satisfaction guarantee. A badly placed thermostat plays havoc with the heating and cooling of a house. Bonding Gas Piping
