Inspecting an older home, we were surprised to find a secondary use for a kids paddling pool!
Up in the attic, strategically positioned to collect water as it leaked into the attic was their toddlers fully inflated paddling pool. Clients often ask what we are looking for and I can honestly say “we don’t look to see if there is a paddling pool in the attic”, but when we see it we note it!
