The inspection with Ryan was very thorough and he was very knowledgeable about his findings as well as recommendations for repairs and such. He took us through the last hour or so of his inspection and went over his entire inspection process and went over his findings at a high level with us. The follow-up report sent to us the next day was extremely detailed and very helpful. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a home inspection. He gave us great peace of mind so we knew exactly what to expect in buying our new home so there were no surprises moving forward! Thank you!

This will be our third home we have purchased in Dayton since moving here in 2014. I have used David Roche all three times. He is knowledgeable, personable, and one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure to work with. I have learned so much, he takes the time to explain everything. He went down into the crawl space, took photographs and documented everything that needed attention. He shared with me a preliminary version of his findings and later sent me a detailed report. This was my third home purchase and by far the most comprehensive inspection report I've received. The cost was a bit steep in comparison, however, it more than paid for itself with the issues the builder needed to fix pre-closing.

Their inspection service was more than what I was expecting. The various digital photos that they took, in relation to their overall inspection, were very useful. With that, the builders had "extra eyes" to find overlooked, minute, things that were then immediately fixed. This was very assuring to my wife and me before the drywall installation began. All together, it gave assurance that the money that we paid for their inspection service, made us feel more comfortable overall how our new home is coming along.

We were very relieved to have the same inspector for both houses we looked at buying. Eric was very knowledgeable, covered the major and minor details, and explained all aspects well so we understood. We had the report sent to our email before we drove away so he was very efficient also. I would use this service again and highly recommend to anyone attempting to buy a house in this crazy market. Eric found badly eroded HVAC ductwork in the slab of one house. We never would have found that on our own so the inspection saved us from an expensive problem.

Was very helpful and very quick to reply. I had questions that led to more questions so it was no problem to reach out and get them answered. I recommend if you are building get a predrywall inspection as the city inspectors only do minimum and even then missed 2 things that David found. Will be using them for my final inspection as well, great staff, receptionist sounds nice not some old lady who just wants to get off the phone like some of the others I called. I was very satisfied with this company.

Ryan is an excellent home inspector. I first worked with Ryan in 2015 when we bought our current home. I just recently used him for a house I was under contract with. With both homes he was perfectly fine with both my parents and I following him around during the inspection. He is extremely thoroughly and explains the issues he sees in great detail. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again myself.

I have used Buyer's Inspection Service before. They are always extremely responsive and willing to work with you. Due to COVID, they've apparently stopped printing inspection binders - which is very unfortunate as I appreciated that very much. Also, David missed some flaws in my crawlspace in a previous home. Other than for a crawlspace, however, they've been fantastic and I value their inspection. They are more expensive than other inspectors, but worth it (except for crawlspaces). If I ever buy a home in the Dayton area, I would very likely request their services again.

Buyer's Inspection was amazing! From the day that I called for an appointment, I had an inspector at my house within a week and the inspection report in my email a couple of hours after the inspection was complete. My house is 3,300 sq ft and Eric spent about 3.5 hours looking over everything. After he finished, he walked me around and explained every one of his findings. I highly recommend!

The service was great! Dave was an excellent inspector and made sure we understood all findings. This inspection saved us from purchasing a home that that was unsafe for our family. I mean the house looked great and was in an excellent location but what lurked underneath like holes and rust in the chimney flue, electrical and plumbing issues would have cost terribly. Don't get me started on the radon issue. The home inspection and radon testing were not required by my lender but I'm ever so grateful I had it done and that it was done thoroughly with my family in mind first.

Once he reached the end he asks that the buyers show up so he can walk you through the home and point out pieces in person that might present issues. He also sends the inspection report but it is very nice to be able to see it in person and have him give his professional opinion on the matter.

Ryan White is agreat, he saved a lot of money on house. He found two gas leaks, and mold in the basement. We got out of the contact and we were able to find a better home for us.Again we used Ryan to check the home. Buyer’s Inpection Service helped us find the perfect home.

Very professional, very thorough. Inspector walked me through and showed me every issue he found. Seller was dishonest on disclosures and refused to fix anything, but I’m confident I know all of the issues with this property because of the thorough inspection provided by Buyer’s Inspection Service. I have had 3 home inspections done in my life and by far this is the most detailed. They give you a binder with all of the information with pictures and explanations.

they did a complete inspection , another inspection did home inspection back in May , but they only found cosmetic items , David did a complete inspection , found alot of defects to bad the home owner only put on " band aids" when " he said he fixed poor or not working items

I found this company to be very professional and efficient.Their service was excellent. Ryan did our inspection for us and as we found him to be very efficient at his job and pleasant to work with.He explained everything to us when he was finished, offered suggestions regarding the work that should be done. David was amazing, he performed an inspection prior to listing my home, is was so thorough, and his report was extremely detailed, very useful when making the necessary repairs before listing. Then, David inspected the home I was buying and I felt so confident in his skills I just new that if there was something wrong with my new home that David was going to find it! David went totally above and beyond the normal call of duty, even speaking to a nervous home buyer in order to reassure them that there were no major flaws in the home. David performed an inspection on a potential house I was interested in back in early November, the thorough process that he took to investigate each and every section of the house was amazing and very comforting knowing that I was getting the best inspection possible and would receive the most detailed report possible outlining all of the good and potential flaws of the house. It was with this very detailed inspection and reporting process that I was able to make a more conscientious decision during the home buying process. We recently used Buyer's Inspection Service for the second time for home inspection services. About 5 years ago David inspected our current home. He was very thorough and detailed in his inspection and identified some importatnt issues that we were able get resolved before taking ownership of the home. Last week, Ryan inspected our new home and I was surprised by the level of detail involved in his inspection as he spent about 4 hrs pouring over our property. On both occasions, we felt comfortable that Buyer's Inspection Services had our best interest in mind, and our interactions with them have been handled with the utmost integrity.
