This place is amazing!! We decided to pick our own inspection service instead of going with the recommended service from our realtor and boy oh boy are we happy! From the very beginning they were doing everything they could to help save me money and give me a quality inspection. They even called once they started the inspection to tell us of a big problem, and said if this was a deal breaker they'd stop the inspection and we could get most of our money back. Their work is beyond thorough, and for once during the home buying experience it didn't feel like someone was trying to scam me, trick me, or coerce me. The price was extremely reasonable for the service provided, Erick did not rush through ticking boxes, but made sure that everything worked as it should, or noting the ways in which they didn't.I was extremely impressed with the 50 page report full of actionable items and photographs (which was sent the same day!), not only for the leverage in negotiation but also as a checklist of maintenance and repair items to keep track of when we move in.
