Those that pray together stay together!

Churches and other places that have large gatherings generally have restrooms that are large with numerous commodes separated by partitions, each with its own door.

So imagine our surprise when we came across this bathroom in a church Sunday school that gives the phrase “public toilet” a new meaning.

He took the time to "kick the tires" and really investigate the home, as well as helped us push back on leaks in the basement that were being blown off as residual water. This place is amazing!! We decided to pick our own inspection service instead of going with the recommended service from our realtor and boy oh boy are we happy! From the very beginning they were doing everything they could to help save me money and give me a quality inspection. They even called once they started the inspection to tell us of a big problem, and said if this was a deal breaker they'd stop the inspection and we could get most of our money back. Their work is beyond thorough, and for once during the home buying experience it didn't feel like someone was trying to scam me, trick me, or coerce me. I would absolutely recommend Buyer's Inspection Services to anyone who asked or otherwise. Erick was extremely thorough and meticulous, taking time to explain things as he went through his inspection. The price was extremely reasonable for the service provided, Erick did not rush through ticking boxes, but made sure that everything worked as it should, or noting the ways in which they didn't.I was extremely impressed with the 50 page report full of actionable items and photographs (which was sent the same day!), not only for the leverage in negotiation but also as a checklist of maintenance and repair items to keep track of when we move in.

I’m building and began to have many concerns with my builder after reading reviews and was able to inform the inspector prior to the pre-dry meeting my concerns and what are the common trends I was reading and he was able to calm my nerves and educate me post inspection.
