When buying a house, don’t think that a home inspector is all you need to make sure your new home is everything you want it to be.

That junk car in the neighbors driveway has been there for years and their is no reason you should think it will suddenly change.

Junk in a neighbors yard will be there for you to see every day when you look out the window.
The neighbors barking dog that is out of control, will still bark when you sit on your patio to enjoy a quiet evening.
That neighbor who has a desire to be the worlds loudest drumming soloist, the kid who practices his basket ball hour after hour, a radio that is never turned off, motion lights that illuminate your peaceful world during the night, may all shatter your idea of what your perfect house is.

As a buyer you get the neighbors that are already in place. It is worth walking the street at different times of the day and night, talking to the neighbors down the road. Visiting the area in the evening and Saturday afternoons to get a better feel for the area.

Once you buy the house it will be too late to change your mind.
