Our pre-drywall home inspection was performed by Erick. He did a great job! He was very thorough and spent an hour going over the report with me and walking through the new building explaining strengths and possible points of concern. The report itself was easy to read and was emailed to us immediately after the inspection so we could forward it to our field manager promptly. We plan to use this company’s service again for a final walk-through.

I would absolutely recommend Buyer's Inspection Services to anyone who asked or otherwise. Erick was extremely thorough and meticulous, taking time to explain things as he went through his inspection. The price was extremely reasonable for the service provided, Erick did not rush through ticking boxes, but made sure that everything worked as it should, or noting the ways in which they didn't.I was extremely impressed with the 50 page report full of actionable items and photographs (which was sent the same day!), not only for the leverage in negotiation but also as a checklist of maintenance and repair items to keep track of when we move in.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Buyer's Inspection Service, and will not hesitate to call on them for inspection services should I consider purchasing a house again in the future. I was presented with an inspection report so thorough, it painted for me a straightforward impression of a house that although adorable in appearance, would ultimately have been an extensive project that would include among other things, replacing water damaged wood from roof to basement and odiferous sub floors due to cat urine. I remain impressed by the level of detail in my report; flaws that a realtor or seller may consider as minor, but could be red flags to a prospective buyer, were not overlooked and included in the report, and clinched my decision to ultimately pass on this purchase. I am grateful to Buyers Inspection Service for their thoroughness and professionalism and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Inspector Ryan was very polite and professional, but he didn't do his job right, he failed to catch or inspect a few things, including nonworking men's toilet stalls, and front door locks, and skipped other important things that needed to be addressed and unfortunately we are paying for it now.I paid $1000 for an hour and thirty minute’s work, which was $250 less than what I initially was told was the price. Including maybe 45 minutes to an hour of report work, you spent a bout 2.5 hrs at the most, what we negotiated and what I paid for was supposed to cover, ⅔’s of the day’s work. You told the realtors that it would take you three hours. However, once you saw the place, you told them it would be done in an hour and a half, and that is what you did. I did not expect one person would be able to complete a proper inspection in an hour and a half for this large of a building. Besides what I mentioned above, none of the building’s whole house fans/venting were tested. Also, if you had taken the time to walk in the attic, you would have seen daylight coming through next to the furnace chimney. It’s expected that you have the proper gear for your own safety, and although you did go on the roof, you failed to note the flashing of one of the furnace chimneys was not done properly, which is how water is now leaking into the building. I deal with inspectors 2 to 3 times a year, and I hired you because my realtor recommended you. After this experience, I don't know where to rank you.

I highly recommend Buyers Inspection Services. I’m building and began to have many concerns with my builder after reading reviews and was able to inform the inspector prior to the pre-dry meeting my concerns and what are the common trends I was reading and he was able to calm my nerves and educate me post inspection. There were some observations that was made to the builder that if I didn’t have an inspector it would’ve cost me so yes there is ROI on having Buyers with new construction. Thank you
