“The Home Inspector” a popular, live local phone-in talk show, hosted by Dayton’s Home Inspection expert David Roche of Buyer’s Inspection Service. The call in talk show aired on Dayton’s WHIO 1290 AM. Every Saturday afternoon from 2 pm to 3 pm.
Listeners were entertained and informed as different guests joined the Home Inspection expert discussing everything from drains to wallpapering. All the various aspects of home ownership and maintenance were hot topics answered by David and his guests.
The show discussed how to be a better home buyer by being informed and knowledgeable about what to expect from a Home Inspection and the house they were looking at, was the constant focus of the show.
David helped many of the callers by explaining the various ways that home owners can help themselves get more money for their homes when they sell, and how to maintain and improve their homes while they are living in them.
Due to the rigorous demands of the Home Inspection business and the desire for some time at home with his family David decided to give up the program.
