It was bound to happen after twenty one years we inspected our first beauty salon. Retail stores and strip centers, doctors and dentists offices, restaurants, bars and drive thru’s, motels, schools, churches and industrial buildings, but never a beauty salon until now. You got to wonder, business must be so good they just don’t sell until it’s time to retire.
All buildings have the same components, just different configurations which makes it fun and interesting for us to inspect something different for a change.
Yes, there was a muffler shop as well, but it is getting harder for us to find a property type we have not inspected yet!
