Down in the basement of an old Dayton school in that has been repurposed into a lovely apartment building are a bank of old abandoned distribution panels that looked like something from a movie. They are hidden from sight behind huge hinged, three inch thick steel fire doors that no one probably gives a second thought to as they pass them on the way to the gardens or laundry room.

You never know what you will find in old buildings. We have never found a submarine, but we do find all sorts of lost items from firearms to secret rooms, antique collectables to beer can collections.
Or how about a second furnace located in the attic of a home. It was in use and the home owner never knew it was there despite having lived in the house for years. They thought the furnace in the basement heated the whole house!
