Housing Market Booming For Move In Ready

Its amazing when you think of it, five years ago house prices had tanked, were at rock bottom with no hope in site. The only homes we were inspection were bank Repo’s.
These were homes that had been trashed by the evicted home owners and left to sit with everything from roof leaks to missing windows. They were often dirty, smelly and cold. No heating, and all too often no power.

Today’s market is booming, the homes we are inspecting have often only been on the market for a few days before getting a full price contract, they are clean, rehabbed and selling before the seller even knows where they are moving to. We know that there are still dirty houses out there, but we are finding that today’s buyers wants it move in ready.
