It’s hard to believe that we have been in business since 1999 and members of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors for all that time. For years we taught classes at the DABR to help new Realtors understand what a home inspection is all about and how to deal with needed repairs.

There have been so many Realtors who have recommended us to their clients because they wanted to get a really in depth inspection, they stood by our report even when it made their clients walk from a deal.
We have supported many of the events that the DABR has every year, the Christmas toy drive, Street Fair, Golf outing etc.

We have supported licensing for home inspectors which was passed into law in Ohio and became operational mid 2020.
Through the board of Realtors we underwent background checks and are authorized to use the Sentry Link lock boxes. It has been an amazing twenty years, with somewhere close to sixteen thousand inspections completed, and still loving what we do.
