We will particular attention to the exterior surfaces and the roof. Then concentrate on the interior systems and components, looking at everything from plumbing to HVAC and in between, to give you an update their current status and what needs attention.

Many home owners ask us to perform annual Inspections.
This saves money by directing maintenance dollars to the areas that needs it the most to prevent failure or damage to your home.
For example: bad flashing, deteriorating roofs, loose toilets or drain connections. The inspection can be all inclusive or customized to address certain components or areas if that is what you want.

We can evaluate and tell you how many years are left on your roof, what to expect from your air conditioning, and whether it is worth making a repair or better value to replace the item.
