Just take a few minutes
there is very little required on a monthly basis.
- Air Filters, clean or replace forced hot air heating and/or cooling system air filter to prevent airborne dirt from circulating throughout the house.
- Room air conditioner, during summer, Filters should be cleaned (If disposable, replace. If permanent, wash in mild detergent and water, rinse, and dry)
- Sump pump, operate. (If necessary add water to the sump to test).
Boiler heating, during winter, Some circulation pumps require oil in the filler to lubricate the bearing. - GFCI Receptacles, push the test button and make sure that they trip the power “OFF” (use a tester or a night light to see if the power goes out)
