Before the Inspection you had no idea about the condition of what you are buying, some homes look good at first glance and it is only when a qualified Home Inspector examines it from top to bottom and front to back, that problems are discovered and major concerns surface.
It is very rare for us to have a problem free Home Inspection.
Until an Inspection has been completed there is no knowing 
what the outcome will be. If the house has an Inspection and there is nothing found that is of a serious nature, you will be able to move in with the knowledge that the house is in good shape. A Home Inspection establishes a “bottom line” of information for you to work with.
