We will save you time and effort.
Our Inspection Coordinator will do all the calling, emailing, and other activities required to set up your Inspection. When it is all organized, we will phone you and your Realtor confirming the details. You will receive text reminders and an email confirming the day, date, time, type of inspection and who the inspector will be.
Payment for services rendered is expected at the time of the Inspection.
Pay by credit card before the Inspection or by check or cash at the Inspection
The electronic report is finished on site emailed at the conclusion of the Inspection.
Our office hours are:
- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday
After office hours please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Inspections can be booked online.
Inspections are performed Monday thru Saturday. We will try to work with your schedule as much as possible.
Our standard scheduled Inspection times begin at: 8:30 and approximately 1:00, finishing the day about 6:00
Consultations and short specialist inspections may start later.
